Travis follows Taylor Swift's advice after being dragged for bold outfits

Travis Kelce has been in the headlines for, obviously, dating Taylor Swift, as well as his, some would say ‘questionable’ fashion choices. However, he’s not letting it drag him down.

The celebrity couple recently made things ‘official’ to the public, as they were spotted holding hands leaving SNL. And now, the NFL star is taking the music star’s advice when it comes to fashion. Cute!

Taking his new partner’s advice, it looks like the 34-year-old is taking Taylor Swift‘s advice and “Shaking It Off” when it comes to the haters.

The star recently revealed he’s not going to be offended if someone says he “looks like a clown.” The statement comes after Kelce was ‘roasted’ for his brown pants, with some comparing it to the Curtains in her “Midnights” album promotion.

However, Travis told the Wall Street Journal that he chooses looks that will “put a smile on somebody’s face.” This look definitely, did just that.

“Obviously, not every look is for everybody,” he continued. I’m not going to be offended if somebody says I look like a clown if I got a fun hat on and some wacky jeans. It is what it is, I’m gonna have fun with it,” he continued.

Being a fashionista isn’t for the weak, however, as Travis Kelce told the publication it takes him “at least three hours” to pick an outfit for those all-important game days. Busy days ahead!

Travis Kelce opens up about his ‘protective’ nature

It’s only been a short amount of time since they’ve actually stepped out together publically, but Swifties have already found enough content to ‘fangirl’ over.

The Swifties can be a protective fanbase, but it looks like Travis has taken over the role, proving chivalry isn’t dead by ‘ushering’ her bodyguard out of the way, and opening the door for her himself.

The video went viral online, and he’s since opened up about his “protective nature.”On the most recent episode of his New Heights podcast, brother Jason Kelce, asked Trav if he “felt like a bodyguard when with Taylor.”

He responded: “I feel like whenever I’m on a date I’m always having the sense, like, I’m a man in the situation. I’m protective.”
